The Cantium Double Dryad Live Wood Chestnut Wand 19.5"

The Cantium Double Dryad Live Wood Chestnut Wand 19.5"

A traditional double Dryad Wand, culled from an ancient wildwood, adjacent to a Ley Line in East Kent, England.  Every tree is the physical body of a Nature Spirit, known as a tree Dryad and these living spirits have been preserved in this wand.  The trees each have their own ethos or spirit and help direct certain power which we enhance with our own. The original branch forming the straight shaft has the first Dryad within it.  The second Dryad becomes fused into the original by the honeysuckle curling itself around the original.  These wands are rare and take 5 to 7 years to create with the magickal techniques of Olde Wood Artes.

Chestnut: Wands made from chestnut wood are said to encourage longevity, increase energy, enhance intuition.  Druids often made staffs from Chestnut wood, because the physical connection to the wood allowed the user to draw longevity and invigoration from the wood and help with grounding and centering of energy. Chestnut wood can also be used to make talismans for justice, success and to encourage your mind to take in information.
